Frank Wingert is this week’s PEM varsity wrestler of the week. Frank is the son of Joe and Rhonda Wingert and is a senior at PEM high school. Frank earns this week’s award for defeating #2 ranked Keaton Schaefer of Dover-Eyota in last week’s Thursday night dual and winning the championship of the Dick Shiels Fairibault Invitational. Frank’s strengths as a wrestler are the high amount of energy he brings to matches and practice, and his determination and never quit attitude.
