Varsity Wrestler of the Week: Jacob Clark
Jacob Clark is this week’s varsity wrestler of the week. Jacob is the son of Mark and Ruth Clark and is a senior at PEM. Clark earns this honor on the heels of earning the first tournament championship of his career. Not only did Clark win the 195 bracket but did so in convincing style with 3 pins. Clark has long been a tough and solid wrestler, but this season he has taken his training to a new level. Clark was also a member of the Bulldog football team.
JH Wrestler of the Week: Cooper Hofschulte
Cooper Hofschulte is this week’s junior high wrestler of the week. Cooper is the son of Dean and Barbie Hofschulte and is an 8th grader at PEM junior high. Cooper earns this week’s honor by virtue of winning the JV portion of the PEM Invite going 3-0 with 3 pins. Cooper has been wrestling since Kindergarten and continues to improve every season. Cooper was also a member of the PEM 8th grade FB team as well.
